lProducts must be returned in their original condition, including any packaging or protective materials.
lCustom-designed or personalized items, such as printed cards with specific designs or information, are non-returnable unless there is a production error.
3.Refund Process:
lApproved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the returned items are received and inspected.
lShipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
